Tim Andrews is the
founder of Stretch Learning, an organisation
dedicated to bridging the communication gap
between deliverer and receiver. Tim has been
involved in Adult Learning for the past 20 years,
using engaging techniques from a variety of
sources. He founded Stretch Learning on learning
principles he put into practice to gain his
Bachelors Degree over 12 years ago. Tim's unique
approach to learning stems from what he calls a
'learning difference' in the way he absorbs and
presents information.
During Gordon's 30 years
of learning and development experience he has been
the Director of Global Learning Management for
Vodafone and VP of Training for American Express.
He is a former Chairman of the Southern Regional
Council for Education and Training and currently
is a Council Member of the Learning and Skills
Council for Berkshire and Chair of the Audit
Committee for SE England.
Paul has over 20 years
business experience in areas including sales,
business development and training. As a coach
and facilitator of human change processes and
positive attitude changes, Paul commits to a
transformation process which enables
communicators to obtain greater co-operation
from their receivers and therefore greater
effectiveness.
Colin
worked for ten years with The Body Shop
International Plc, designing and delivering
programmes. During his career he has worked
extensively throughout Europe working with
people on a One to One basis and with groups of
2000+. For nearly ten years Colin has been
working with many of Stretch Learning's clients
as a Stretch Learning Associate.
Jenny
worked at Mars for 11 years, and has 8 years of
experience in training and development. Her main
contributions have been the design and roll out of
various programmes across their UK Salesforce she
now supports Stretch Learning with programme
design and delivery.
Beth's
previous administration experience enables her
to be our thoroughly efficient office contact.
Throughout the project, Beth will provide
support and liaison with the project owners to
ensure smooth running of the process, and a
timely communication process.
