Malek is a coach and mentor with over 20 years business
experience who holds the advanced diploma in Professional
Coaching and Mentoring from the Oxford School of Coaching
and Mentoring. Sara is a member of the European Mentoring

Affective Learning. Sara has been running her own consultancy
business for 15 years and has experience of working with
