The business need

DWBB with Customers (The Diageo Way of Brand Building with Customers) was launched as a priority change programme in 2001. 

Following the merger of Guinness and UDV along with the acquisition of Seagram it was imperative to establish the Diageo way of selling.

We utilised existing systems, processes, tools and skills from all of the businesses as well as external stimulus to create a 'world class' way of selling.
