Kimberly-Clark had a need
to develop their employees to equip them within their
roles of this fast changing and flexible organisation.
It was vital to engage
Kimberly-Clark training delegates more in learning
rather than a spoon fed approach. The organisation
wanted to inject some fresh thinking around the design
of training materials that increase learners recall and
retention whatever the topic.
Stretch Learning provided
some internal engagement workshops which led to further
consultancy within other areas of the organisation.
The success of the more
engaging internal learning events gave the organisation
the confidence to use Stretch Learning to work with
their external training providers and take them through
a similar process.
